Portfolio sneak preview

Scribbled the 2 February 2010 in Flash/Flex development, Freelancing

Lately I have been designing my new portfolio. And to be honest, it’s pretty hard when you aren’t used to designing anymore. But I think I have a great concept for it, and it’s turning out pretty well.

I’m actually quite enjoying it. Just because I am able to take all the time I need to think and experiment with it. And the fact that I can really develop the concept.

So what’s the concept like? Well, imagine steam punk mixed with an old linux console, grunge, gaming, heavy metal, riddles and lots of easter eggs. I can’t really explain it in words. I’ll let the images speak for themselves:

Obviously I don’t want to show you too much. But that should be enough to make you interested.

You know where I stand on flash sites, but I really like this display of personality, especially along with the concept and effects.

Joel: Yes, I’m not sure I do. But when you put it like that I can imagine, hehe.

Thanks, hopefully the finished product will be as good as what it looks like in my head :)
